Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services. By making a purchase from Kamila Kollection, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund, as deemed appropriate by us. Additional photographic evidence may be required of the damage or defect before authorising a return or replacement.
